Currently!

Hi Friends!
I can't believe it's March already! Seriously... this school year is FLYING by. I can't say that I'm sad about it either! =) We have about three more weeks until Spring Break and then after that, it's smooth sailing until Summer!!
I'm linking up Farley at Oh' Boy Fourth Grade for her March Currently! Head on over to see what "Currently" is all about!

Listening: I'm sitting in Mak's play room on her floor and I'm listening to/watching her play with her little action figure sized princess and LaLa Loopsie dolls. I sometimes feel bad that she's an only child because she doesn't have anyone at home to play with besides us. She has an amazing imagination though and she keeps herself entertained, so she doesn't seem to mind. Maybe that will change someday...

Loving: We're going to see Wicked tomorrow! We are all very excited!

Thinking: I'm thinking about our 400 follower giveaway! I'm working on it as soon as I'm done with this post!  Stay tuned for some fabulous prizes from fabulous bloggers!

Wanting: I want a serious shopping day! Is that too much to ask? I'm hoping that our A Plus money arrives soon so I can get a few things. =)

Needing: I totally need an updated version of MS office. Seriously! I'm using 2003! It's 10 years old already!! I know that there's a good deal/ discount for educators, but I don't remember where I saw that information. If you know anything about it, please let me know!! =)

like, love, hate: THIS WAS HARD! J is not an easy letter to have! I like jeans... I wish I could wear them to school everyday. I LOVE my morning cup of iced JAVA! I seriously can't function without it. LOL. I think almost everyone can relate to hating Jury Duty (sorry it's 2 words!).

Well... now you know what I'm currently up to! If you're wondering what my MIA sister is currently doing...well, she's got a new boyfriend. She's been pretty occupied! New love...must be nice.

Head on over to Farley's blog and link up! Don't forget the rule of 3!! Happy Saturday!!!! =)

  5. You are going to love Wicked! I saw it last year and it was amazing. I agree on not being able to function without some java in my system. Also, how are you surviving on Office 2003?! Wow!

    1. It's so weird Amy, I post about needing an updated version and maybe 30 minutes later, I accidentally hit a button and up pops a free trial for the new MS Office 2013. So strange. I've seen Wicked 2 times already and LOVED it... this time is for my little girl. She's been listening to it since she was in utero. Now she's 4 and a half and old enough to see it and LOVE it. =)

    Hi guys!

Ahh yes, silence is golden. And rare. At lunch, I sometimes come back to my classroom after dropping off my kiddos, turn off the lights, turn on my cute little NYC desk lamp, and just sit and enjoy the quiet for a couple minutes. Then it's off to running around, preparing supplies, making last-minute copies, chatting with co-workers, and snorfing down a sandwich, but at least I've had those couple of minutes to re-focus and re-energize :)

Congratulations on 300 - can't wait for the giveaway!

  9. So jealous you are seeing Wicked! I haven't seen it ever and I'm dying to take my daughter. For her recital she is dancing to 2 songs from the play. I love musicals! I'm happy for Danielle! Young love is wonderful!! Enjoy your daughter and her play time. It's so fun to watch them use their imagination!

    1. Thanks, Gina!! Wicked was SOOOOOO good. You have to go see it next time it heads your way. It's well worth the super high ticket price!! =) Makenzie loved it, and she was perfect throughout the whole entire {almost 3 hour} show! I'm so proud of her. =) Hope your daughter loves dancing to the music. It's probably so much fun!

  10. J is not easy - I'm impressed with what you came up with!

I love when they entertain themselves! My husband was watching my daughter so I could blog. She just showed up upstairs. I asked if her father was asleep. She looked at me with a big grin and said, "He is fast asleep before me!"

Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
